Delete account & workspace

Delete in the app
Sign in, open Account settings, choose Delete account, and verify your identity. Workspace owners will be asked to transfer ownership or confirm workspace deletion.
If you cannot sign in
Send a request from the email linked to your account to [email protected]. We may reasonably verify your identity before processing it.
What is deleted
We delete the account, profile, and personal data linked to it. Content in a shared workspace may remain available to authorised members or transfer to a new owner. Some records may be retained where required by law, disputes, fraud prevention, or secure backups.
Timing and consequences
Access normally ends immediately after confirmation. The production timeline for deletion from live systems and backups must be added. Deletion is irreversible; request an export first if needed.
