1. Operator and acceptance

Turn To Be Done is operated by Jaroslav Tuzinsky, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Contact email: [email protected]. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. The service

Turn To Be Done is a digital platform for managing jobs, workspaces, profiles, quotes, communications, media, and related workflows. The platform does not itself perform users’ work or guarantee transactions between users.

3. Accounts and workspaces

You must provide accurate information, protect credentials, and promptly report misuse. A workspace owner is responsible for invited members’ activity to the extent permitted by law.

4. Acceptable use

You must not break the law or third-party rights, impersonate others, distribute unlawful or harmful content, bypass security, overload the service through automation, or use other users’ data beyond its agreed purpose.

5. User content

You retain rights to your content and grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, process, and display it as needed to provide the service. You are responsible for having the right to upload and share it.

6. Plans, payments, and consumers

Prices, billing periods, renewals, and cancellation terms for paid plans will be shown before purchase. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. This section must be completed for the final business model.

7. Availability and liability

We aim to provide a secure, available service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect loss and user conduct; liability that cannot legally be excluded remains unaffected.

8. Suspension, termination, and law

We may proportionately restrict accounts for a breach, security risk, or legal duty. Users may terminate accounts through the deletion process. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts in Dubai have jurisdiction unless mandatory law provides otherwise. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
